1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply based on location and order value, displayed clearly at checkout.

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

• Once dispatched, a tracking number (AWB code) will be emailed to you.

• Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro & serviceable areas: 2–7 working days.

• If courier service is unavailable, orders will be shipped via India Post.

4. Incorrect Address

• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be returned to us.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
