Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products

All incense products are non-returnable due to hygiene and aroma preservation reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Email us at orbandhoop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.

• After verification, we may issue a store credit, coupon, or replacement at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
